Israeli craft Beer
Hand-crafted beer was proudly brewed to honour the namesake of the city “GIVAT SHMUEL”,
in the gardens of which grew the Kumquat fruit used in our unique recipes.

Zion Pale Ale
This beer is a take on the American Styled Indian Pale Ale using the Kumquat Fruit for added freshness. Medium body, Crisp taste, smooth ending with lingering bitter notes to savour long after you have emptied your glass.
We have used the Kumquat fruit in THREE stages of the brewing process. The first stage is adding them whole during boil some way before the end. This allows for the sweet and oily peel to leave its mark. The second stage is during the cooling process to crush the same whole fruits from the boil while still inside the mash to allow the bitter, tangy and citrus fresh join form the inside seep out and join the rest of the recipe.
The third stage is what we believe completes the twist on this beer, and for that reason we are going to keep it close to ourselves
